His areas of specialty include strength training, kettle bells, boxing, conditioning and nutrition. With his years of experience and knowledge he has developed his own training practices and principles on how to build and maintain a healthy and strong body.
Kyle is a firm believer that what you learn in the gym can be exercised and put into practice on an everyday basis in all areas of our life; that character is built when you take yourself outside of your comfort zone.
